Varied and challenging HR Management role in a Company providing excellent benefits and pension contribution. This is a lovely working environment with a friendly motivated supporting team. The HR Manager will be responsible for managing the HR team with 2 reporting members of staff and would suit a broad HR Generalist or Business Partner background. You will be coordinating and managing the implementation of employee services, policies and programs, and ensure all procedures, compliance and obligations are sufficient, creating additional systems as required. You will be involved in recruitment, inductions, training and development and the provision of advice and guidance to management and employees. In addition, you will determine and recommend employee relation practices, working to enhance team motivation and handling any disciplinary issues arising. This vacancy would suit a candidate with a broad knowledge of HR including employee relations, employment law, recruitment, training and professional development. The right candidate will have solid experience in HR management and intermediate Microsoft Office skills including Excel and HR database management. A CIPD qualification or experience within the not-for-profit sector would also be desirable.
