Transport Customer Service Manager - Newtownabbey - 28 - 32k Clemence Rogers are currently working in partnership with our client in the recruiting for a Transport Customer Service Manager to work for a well known Transport and Logistics business, based at their office in NI. Main Duties This role will require an analytical insight into customer expectations, understanding of production and warehouse scheduling coupled with a practical understanding of what can logistically be achieved in Irish Sea haulage to ensure customer expectations are managed properly. Reporting directly to the Managing Director Building effective relationships with internal and external customers Must have successfully operated a number of onsite accounts where management were placed within the customer's operations and worked alongside the customer's employees in partnership. Manage key account customer expectations, develop and grow the commercial relationship and provide relevant channels of communication. The person Require an operational understanding of dispatch / logistical planning requirements in the context of large accounts. An experienced Key Account Management professional with exceptional client facing skills.
