A global technology company in Fareham is looking for a Marketing Manager to manage their growing team and lead their B2B marketing strategy and implementation. The company. My client is a global technology company who supply specialist products into a broad range of sectors with exciting and inspirational applications. The role. The successful candidate will be an ambitious, enthusiastic and driven Marketing Manager to lead on strategy and improve lead generation through increased web traffic, via email, social media, SEO, PPC, etc. The company also holds and partakes in events, so event experience is preferable for the position. The experience we need. 5 Years in a B2B marketing role. 3 Years in a managerial capacity, for a marketing function or team. Strong people management skills with proven evidence of building and leading teams. Budget setter/holder with responsibility for managing an assigned budget. Proven track record of using an integrated mix of digital and offline channels for lead generation. PR & Media Management. Exhibition & event organising experience. What you'll get in return.
