Senior Internal Recruiter, Up to £55K per annum Blue Chip Benefits Cambridge Area, Great Growing Company. The Talent Acquisition Advisor (Internal Recruiter) is expected to drive and provide accurate, timely and professional support in recruitment. This is an excellent opportunity for a capable individual who has strong operational internal recruitment experience combined with strategic thinking to help drive recruitment to the next level. The ideal candidate for this role will be a highly motivated, organised and efficient person who is able to multi-task, priorities and rise to a challenge. This is a 12 month fixed-term contract role based in Cambridge, reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, EMEA. Accountabilities: Lead end-to-end recruitment for assigned business groups working closely working with business leaders/hiring managers and relevant HR teams. Gather requirements from the business in kick-off meetings to understand the roles and required candidate specifications. Identify and source high quality candidates through direct searches, user groups, niche job boards and recruiting sites, professional and social networking, candidate referrals, networking, web sourcing and ATS data mining. Continuously explores new recruiting sources Screen, assess and qualify candidates against company values and role competencies. Manage interviews, communication with hiring managers, employee referrals and candidates Own the relationship with the short listed candidates for interview and ensure regular updates and feedback is provided. Manage recruitment agency relationships for hard to fill positions as required Create offers and close on offer negotiation. Recruitment approval process adherence and use of existing Talent Management system - ensures strong process compliance to enable the recruitment of extraordinary talent. Manage recruitment database, ensure that it is up-to-date and generate reports on a regular basis for the team and business Experience Required: Experience of end-to-end Recruitment and talent sourcing ideally gained in a similar blue chip fast-paced environment Technology or Engineering Internal recruiting experience preferred Person Specification High attention to detail Quick learner with the ability to handle a variety to tasks Excellent oral and written communication skills Team player Proactive approach, able to look at the larger picture and drive towards the goals that needs to be achieved Strong computer skills - Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
