Develop global sales plans in line with company strategy. Build strong relationships with new and existing customers in order that company can support their future needs and strengthen our position in the marketplace. As a successful Business Development Manager, you will be a key member of the Sales Organisation, supporting the senior management team and will be directly responsible for: Providing in depth market commentary, information and analysis on business and market trends. Providing competitor analysis using qualitative and quantitative data to facilitate strategic advantages for sales and bid teams. Developing and enhancing relationships with new and existing customers in order to strengthen the company's position in the marketplace. Working with customers to develop solutions to their needs in line with company's manufacturing capabilities and capacity. Carrying out day to day commercial dealings with customers in an appropriate manner and in accordance with legal requirements, best practice and Company goals & values. Supporting the GM Sales & Marketing in development of business strategy and sales activities. As the Business Development Manager will be expected to travel internationally on a regular basis in order to meet the requirements and objectives of the role. Qualifications, Skills and Experience As a successful Business Development Manager you will have: Degree in a relevant subject or equivalent combination of education & experience. Good working knowledge of one or more foreign languages would be an advantage Business development and marketing experience in a relevant industry. Proven experiencing in developing and maintaining excellent customer relationships and senior levels. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to present information and data in a clear and concise format.
