HR Manager (9 month contract) Our client is a leading international law firm containing a very successful HR Generalist team across the globe. Within their London office they require an experience HR Generalist to act as a true HR Business Partner to their Business Services Group on all aspects of HR, from dedicated resourcing, talent development employee relations and reward and benefits. Providing effective support to managers and staff on all levels of HR you will deliver HR solutions and provide operational HR support to meet the overall objectives of the Firm. This will be a true Generalist role and as well as Business Partnering you will be work closely with the Talent Resourcing Team on resourcing and on-boarding, manage performance and salary review with senior managers and ensure that all ER principles. policies and practices are clearly understood, communicated and implemented into your client group. With extensive HR experience working closely with a client group, you will have significant experience in engaging with senior stakeholders and managing complex HR issues. With a resilient approach, excellent communication skills and proven project management capabilities, you will ideally have some experience within the legal or wider professional services sector.
