Junior HR Analyst £20,000 to £24,000 p/a excellent benefits Manchester City Centre 12 month fixed term contract Co-op HR is changing. Fast. The OneHR programme is building a completely different HR, one that's fully aligned to the changing needs of our family of businesses. They're playing a key role in developing the various channels our people use to contact HR teams across the business, and now we're looking to recruit a talented Junior HR Analyst to join the team, and help make our HR services even more accessible to Co-op colleagues. As a Junior HR Analyst at the Co-op, you'll be responsible for updating content and functionality across some of our key HR access channels (intranet, sharepoint & Oracle helpdesk). You'll also help to build a content library for our new HR case management self-service tool, which means you'll have an important role to play in the forthcoming roll-out of our new Oracle Fusion technology. What you'll do: Action changes and updates to content and functionality for key HR channels Support the build and launch phase of our new HR case management self-service platform Build strong relationships with your team and business stakeholders Support the HR technology team with ad-hoc analysis and database management To be successful as a Junior HR Analyst, you'll need a basic understanding of HTML and CSS coding, or graphic design skills that'll mean you can work wonders with our banners and user interfaces.
