The Role · To take full ownership and operational control of the VIP CRM promotional strategy on our gaming brand across the following channels: Website, Email, SMS and DM. · Manage all promotional VIP campaigns, from concept through to fulfilment and analysis, ensuring a high level of targeting and quality of execution. · Work closely with your line manager to continually develop this strategy and apply a culture of ‘test, learn and optimise’. Core Responsibilities (including & not limited to): · Plan, execute and analyse all objective driven promotional VIP CRM activity in line with the full VIP CRM strategy · Create multi channel campaigns on a monthly basis across Email, SMS, Onsite-Personalisation, and Tele-Marketing where appropriate to increase VIP retention · Work closely with Loyalty, BI, Copy, Creative and Development teams to execute campaigns effectively and efficiently · Work with the VIP CRM Lifecycle Exec to help optimise VIP value through all CRM specialism’s. · Work collaboratively with our VIP Account Management Team to fully understand the players needs and adapt promotional activity based on feedback · Execute a monthly testing strategy to ensure optimisation remains at the heart of all communication. · Measure and optimise your generosity to members under your remit · Work closely with Marketing and CRM team to share learning’s and optimise communications across all brands. · Work closely with member support and answer escalated support queries. · Maintain a strong team ethic and help and support your colleagues when required. · To work on any other reasonable task required by your manager. Key Attributes/Skills background profile · 1 year online gaming/similar experience in a CRM or product focused discipline · Customer-centric with an understanding of basic CRM retention strategies · Knowledge of online gaming products (preferable but not essential) · Applied understanding of promotional targeting · Extremely organised with a passion to drive optimisation through quantitative insight. · Highly literate and numerate · Good time management with high multi-tasking ability · Confident with MS Office software · Confident user of MS Excel, comfortable with data manipulation · Good HTML/Dreamweaver and email platform knowledge. · Proactive attitude and committed interest to the teams objectives · Ability to build strong working relationships and communicate professionally with people across the business.
