After receiving your industry revered consultative solution selling training, will be responsible for a highly lucrative patch, developing existing accounts and targeting new business closing deals £20k to many £100k's. Experience Required You will already be a successful sales executive that has a consultative selling technique. The capital equipment is high value, specialised and tailored to the exact requirements of each client so you must be used to developing strong customer relationships over a number of appointments before finally closing the sale. Team fit is essential for this role so you must be outgoing, dedicated, driven and energised. A minimum of 2 years field sales experience is required for this role. The ideal candidate will have a sales background of surpassing or meeting sales targets whether selling a service or product based solution. They are looking for a new unique Sales Executive to join their highly trained team. This team is formed with Sales Executives from numerous industries but all have a consultative selling style. After receiving advanced training they are now some of the top sales professionals within the industry. The Package A starting base salary of £25,000 basic with first year take home including guaranteed commission of £30k and an achievable uncapped OTE of £50,000 is on offer for the Capital Equipment Sales Executive. This is dependent on your required level of experience and previous sales performance consultatively selling in the field. Due to first year training, product knowledge and sales cycles both base salary and OTE go up consistently after the first year and you will have the opportunity for next level promotion every 2 years dependent on your performance. There are current / established members of the team earning in excess of £70k OTE. This package also includes a new company car, expenses, laptop, mobile, pension, child care vouchers, health club membership, private health care and 25 days holiday rising to 30 days.
