We are partnering with a leading Construction organisation based in the city on a permanent Compensation Analyst position. This role reports into the Head of Compensation, supporting the annual cyclical processes for the EMEA region. You will also be responsible for benchmarking salary and bonus plans, analyse performance ratings and provide support on Reward related projects including equity, incentives and M&A activity. The successful candidate will have experience in a similar analytical Compensation/Reward capacity. You will have exceptional Excel skills (pivot tables, vlookups) and comfortable with high volumes of data as well as comfortable with senior stakeholder engagement In return you will work for a leading organisation with a recognisable brand in a friendly collaborative environment.
