HR Advisor role, £35,000 - Leeds Your new company HR Advisor required for this growing business based in Leeds. Supporting a corporate employee population, this newly created opportunity will suit a strong HR Generalist. Your new role You will be a generalist HR advisor, supporting the front line managers on the HR policies and procedures. You will be expected to ensure the accurate completion of a daily absence routine is followed including the preparation for the managers meeting. You will also be responsible for your own case work, dealing with a range of disciplinaries, grievances, absence and performance management issues. You will also aid the constant development of policies and procedures, aid staff training and development and contribute to the overall business performance to the organisation. What you'll need to succeed This role will suit a commercially minded HR Generalist. You will ideally be CIPD qualified, and have experience of working within a manufacturing environment. You will be able to work in a high paced environment where the work load will be varied on a daily basis.
