HR Administrator based in Chelmsford £20,000 - £24,000 A HR Administrator is required for an international organisation based in Chelmsford You will work in a large team of HR professionals looking after employees over multi sites in the UK. This is generalist role that will involve reward and operations, recruitment, employee relations, learning and development and graduate recruitment. Your responsibilities will include: Monitoring the HR mailbox, assisting with recruitment and graduate recruitment including assessments days. Producing contracts and offer letters. Assisting with Payroll and the companies benefits and reward scheme. Amending changes to contacts and monitoring sickens / absence management, as well as supporting projects Previous experience in a HR environment is essential ideally within a professional services environment. You will be able to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. You will have good attention to detail and the ability to communicate with people at all levels.
