Hamlin Knight are looking for a Project Coordinatior to join their rapidly expanding UK Operation in Nuneaton. The ideal candidate will be technically minded and extremely flexible with a strong desire to succeed in all delegated tasks. The ideal candidate will have recently completed a degree or an apprenticeship in mechanical engineering. A focused training programme and an individually selected mentor will work with you closely to ensure your success. For the right candidate, there will be future opportunities for progression within the company. Main tasks & Responsibilities: Processing, planning and managing small projects & small works orders to begin with. Communicating with customers, sub-contractors and colleagues via telephone and email. Monitoring deliveries to the customer and dealing with any issues. Preparing installation drawings using AutoCAD and compiling installation packs. Preparing Health & Safety RAMS and documents for small projects & small works. (A health & safety qualification programme for the position will be required to be undertaken which will include the requirement to undertake a NEBOSH course). Skills & Qualifications: Excellent decision making skills and common sense. Excellent organisational skills. Excellent problem solving skills. Able to work independently or as part of a team. Willingness to be flexible, learn and progress. The ideal candidate will have recently completed a Degree or Apprenticeship within an Mechanical Engineering discipline. Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft software including Word, Excel, Outlook. Experience of AutoCAD is highly desired although not essential as training will be provided.
