This is a maternity cover role until June 2017. I'm looking for an experienced integrated Acquisition and Retention marketer who's particularly strong in digital. This is an exciting, high profile role - the Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating, implementing and evaluating targeted marketing plans that are the lynchpin of successful marketing campaigns. The Company This is the company who are delivery a high profile FS product nationally - their target audience is huge - 1000's and 1000's of UK businesses. Based in smart Central London offices with a headcount of 250 and growing they offer a fast moving, supportive, ever changing environment where people are truly valued and genuinely excited to be part of what they're doing and excited by the product. The Role Reporting to the Head of Acquisition and Retention you will help to support acquisition and retention strategies to help grow new and existing customers and maximise on revenue generation. You will help to implement strong 'stand out' propositions that will give an advantage across all segments from competitors and commission analysis to generate customer insight. Day to day you will: Identify and develop core proposition and USPs for various audience segments Create, implement and review tactical integrated marketing plans for relevant audience segments Ensure all online and offline activities are delivered consistently to brand Create and deliver clear, targeted briefs for internal, external teams and agencies Track expenditure and report on ROI Fully understand the Data Protection Act and how it impacts activity Champion the use of CRM and data warehousing Work collaboratively with other departments About You I'm looking for a Marketing Manager who has a strong commercial acquisition and retention background preferably within a regulated environment . You would have created and implemented integrated end to end marketing campaigns across B2B and B2C, especially in the digital space. You will have experience of analysing data, creating marketing metrics and reporting on ROI. You'll have working knowledge of market research techniques; key is your understanding of segmenting different target groups using CRM methodology. As well as helping to deliver an extremely beneficial FS product, you will have the opportunity to work with with a great team of marketers and join a unique organisation at a pivotal time of implementation.
