An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Senior Reward Specialist to join an established team on a 12 month Fixed Term basis. Reporting into the Head of Cash Compensation this role will provide a comprehensive Compensation service to the group across the EMEA region. Responsibilities include: Co-ordinating compensation initiatives with the compensation specialists across the region whilst ensuring compliance with global guidelines Keeping abreast of developments in the external market amongst competitors Providing a high level of advice on all deferred compensation plans Keeping abreast of the remuneration regulatory environments i.e. CRD3 and CRD4 Managing the job matching process and working with external vendors Supporting the Compensation team through year end processes Analyse all market data and provide management information reports Track any committed compensation arrangements for new hires or existing employees to ensure correct funding and payment Participate in Compensation projects including policy development and new process implementation Experience Required: Proven experience as a regional/global cash compensation lead within Financial Services Understanding and working knowledge of current EU remuneration regulatory environment Management experience Advanced ability to analyse and manipulate large and complex datasets Degree qualified Strong interpersonal skills This job was originally posted as www.totaljobs.com/job/66803326
