Commercial Property Solicitor – Bristol - £33,000 - £48,000 doe A rewarding opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor who is looking to take a leap forward with their career. This is an award winning national firm and this role will be based in their Head Office in Bristol. The salary for this role is highly competitive in addition to a great bonus and benefits package. An award winning and Chambers rated city centre law firm my client delivers a high quality legal service to business and the individuals based in Bristol and across the South West. The successful Commercial Property Solicitor will join a highly regarded team, acting on transactional work and delivering development and property finance related legal advice and guidance. On a day to day basis the Commercial Property Solicitor will manage a full and varied caseload dealing with the sale, purchase and lease of industrial, retail, office, maritime, leisure and licensed premises as well as draft and approve leases and act on planning and development matters. The Role The successful candidate will have upwards of 4 years experience as either a Solicitor or Legal Executive in a corporate/ commercial setting. The ideal candidate will have a sound knowledge of general commercial property matters such as; - commercial property acquisitions and investments - all aspects of commercial leasing, sub-leasing, and licensing - commercial property developments and related construction matters - renewable energy projects, including wind farm projects and hydro schemes - infrastructure and capital projects. The successful candidate will also be encouraged to develop softer skills, developing existing relationships and going out into the community to build new ones.
