Partnering the contact centre, the HR Manager will be required to provide 'hands on' generalist support for the contact centre of the organisation Client Details The client are a B2B business services organisation with a turnover of £100M. The company are embarking on a considerable period of growth, and are looking for a HR Manager to join them on this journey. The environment is fast paced and there will be a period of change for the organisation. Description The HR Manager will provide generalist HR support to the contact centre, which will include: Partnering the management team of the contact centre Providing ER support for the contact centre, including hands on work with disciplinaries, grievances etc Reporting to the HR Director and working alongside other HR Managers in other parts of the organisation Profile The candidate must have strong HR Management experience within a contact centre environment. The candidate will need to be very 'hands on' in how they support a team, and very willing to get involved in offering support across the contact centre.
