Customer Care Engineer Rushden Up to 50 hours a week - with over night stays involved Salary - Very competitive We are recruiting for an individual to support our clients customers, ensuring any issues are resolved efficiently and effectively, You will be responsible for providing full technical support, off site corrective or preventative maintenance and offer after sales solutions to their Customer. You will be required to go out to the homes to carry out any rectifications, repairs and installations etc… therefor the selected individual will need to have previously worked within the building trade and have experience within painting decorating plastering etc… Alongside this you will also be responsible for maintaining reports and feedback records - via the customer care coordinators Provide customer with information regarding warranty provision and ensure aftersales courtesy follow up is conducted to assist with any discrepancies/shortages within the home.
