Network Analyst - Network Support - 1st/2nd line LAN Technical Support - IT Support Analyst - PC & Network Support Analyst - LAN Network Engineer - IT & Network Service Desk Engineer - IT Support Desk sought for IT Managed Service Provider based close to Oxted on the Surrey / Kent border . I am seeking an Network Analyst - Network Support - 1st/2nd line LAN Technical Support - IT Support Analyst - PC & Network Support Analyst - LAN Network Engineer - IT & Network Service Desk Engineer - IT Support Desk with Networking experience with the following: Strong customer facing IT & Network support experience - you should be passionate about delivering a great customer experience Strong IT/Telecoms trouble shooting problem diagnosis and fault resolution skills Basic networking knowledge (WLAN, LAN, WAN, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP) - Any Cisco experience would be beneficial Experienced in setting up and troubleshooting Routers & Switches Resolving IT incidents with contracted SLAs, KPIs and service levels Must offer excellent communication, professionalism and customer interaction skills Strong planning and organisation skills This role is in house based but due to its Office location you will need to be a car driver as public transport routes are not 'commuter friendly' There is plenty on site car parking and onsite facilities. This Network Analyst - Network Support - 1st/2nd line LAN Technical Support - IT Support Analyst - PC & Network Support Analyst - LAN Network Engineer - IT & Network Service Desk Engineer - IT Support Desk role will involve supporting my clients growing client base with both proactive technical and network support but on Cisco equipment. You will also working with the network team on new deployments. As you will often be the first point of contact your communication skills will be very strong and be able to deal with people in a professional manner. The individual will be working closely with the network team in resolving issues that is outside of the remit of 1st/2nd line support. This varied role will also involve supporting their Network Engineering team in preparing and building solutions for future Cisco deployments. As this is a dual focused role the you should a strong understanding of IT & LAN networks, any WAN experience will be a bonus but you must be genuinely enthusiastic in providing a first class customer experience.
