Key Duties and Responsibilities Generating new business through outbound calling Developing and maximizing new relationships Sell and promote my clients products and services over the telephone To provide an excellent customer service Effectively deal with sales quotations, orders and contracts To ensure all customer communications, proposals, orders are entered into the company CRM accurately Achieve individual sales targets as set by the management team within agreed timescales Collaborate with other sales colleagues to maximise business revenue Experience, Skills and Attributes Experience within a telesales environment Ability to communicate and present at all levels Strong negotiation and influencing skills Self-motivated, able to work on own initiative Professional in appearance, manner and business methodology Competent in Microsoft Office suite Be able to demonstrate drive to succeedFlexible working approach Can do attitude Measures Role will be measured by pre-agreed sales targets as set by the management team, customer acquisition and customer experience will also be a factor measured from internal and external surveys.
