The SF Group are currently recruiting a Risk, Assurance & Quality Coordinator for our Warwickshire based client on a permanent basis. This position will see you report into the senior leadership team where ongoing support and training will be delivered to ensure that the post holder has sufficient exposure to audit, report writing and reviewing procedures and processes. Ideally you will have good experience in understanding risk as a whole and be able to cater for the needs of the organisation. Furthermore, you will ensure that the organisation are meeting their statutory obligations in relation to managing risks and ensuring that the financial control is adequate and that value for money is delivered. The ideal candidate will have a similar background and experience in internal audit. Knowledge of IS0 9001 and excellent excel skills is a must and the candidate will be an excellent communicator who is able to push back on challenging stakeholders and identify areas of improvement across the organisation. You will document effective changes and be able to undertake reviews in the interests of the organisation. Furthermore, you will be able to ensure that the organisation are fully compliant and will be a key performance driver.
