The Role We are recruiting two home based positions, one covering the North and the other, the South. Each Account Manager will be skilled at identifying and understanding customer’s needs, developing and implementing strategic sales and process driven business plans in order to maximise sales and deliver the highest quality customer service to new customers. You will be responsible for developing relationships with key decision makers, increasing adoption, selling products, service and system upgrades, securing long term contract renewals and serving as a trusted consultant to customers. The ability to identify client needs, deliver effective and persuasive presentations, produce pricing proposals, maintain quality communications and negotiate terms of sale are the key elements that the Account Managers will be required to demonstrate. The Person If you are motivated by innovation and technology, have the proven ability to form strong business relationships, and have experience of dealing with key decision makers in either public or private sectors, then this role is tailor made for you. You must be able to demonstrate effective communication, organisational and reporting skills and have the ability to negotiate and close sales whilst tailoring your approach to specific clients. You will be a quick learner, adept at managing client expectations and ultimately, surpassing challenging targets. The Benefits Not only will you benefit from an excellent remuneration package, £45,000 - £55,000 (dependent on experience) plus an uncapped bonus scheme and company car allowance, you will also receive extensive training on both the product and the sector in which you will be working.
