We are currently recruiting for client facing Shift leader roles in Children’s residential setting based in Warminster. The role will be supporting children with emotional difficulties and challenging behaviour. Successful candidates will be paid £20,510 per year (including sleep ins) Interview day Tuesday 18th October About the company: This company provides support to children with emotional and behavioural difficulties in a residential setting. The company provides long-term, stable placements in individual homes in the community in either mixed or single sex homes. They provide full time and education to vulnerable young people. You will receive £150 for staying in employment for 5 years and £250 for staying for 10 years. Childcare Voucher Scheme Learning and development plans. Experience and Qualifications: 2 years’ experience supporting children with EBD and challenging behaviour in a residential setting is essential Good communication skills NVQ level 3 in Children’s and Young people Responsibilities: Provide an excellent standard of care maintaining positive routines and a positive living environment. Effective Key working with young people. Ensure that all managers are fully briefed regarding shifts and your co-workers. Responsibilities are taken for shift decisions including those requested by on-call.
