IT Field Engineer - Service Desk - Onsite Engineer - Field Support Engineer - Service Desk Analyst - Windows Server - Exchange - Networking - £25,000 - £30,000 - London Bridge . We are currently recruiting for a IT Field Engineer / Service Desk Engineer that will based in London Bridge working 50% office based and 50% field. You will be supporting clients in the London area. This is an excellent opportunity for an IT Engineer where you will be resolving client issues onsite and also remotely when required, you will be working hands on in this role dealing with all IT situations onsite and dealing with any issues those clients may have. As the Onsite Technician you will be assisting clients with all desktop issues covering a wide range from general PC issues through to installation of new products such as Phones, Tablets and Software. You will also be required to proactivity monitor Server and Networking equipment onsite to ensure all systems are running healthy and to required standards. You will also be required to have an excellent attitude towards work and also problem solving as you will be dealing with client on a face to face basis. Key Skills: Windows Server 2008/2012 Microsoft / Windows Exchange Active Directory Mac OS X Networking - TCP/IP Problem solving skills Field Engineer - Service Desk Engineer with a starting Salary of £25,000 - £30,000 Training and also Development within the role based in London Bridge.
