Previous experience within an agency environment and account management role is essential, with a good level of interest in the digital arena websites, mobile apps and creative design Managing administrative and organisational work and ensuring this is completed on time and within budgets. The role involves the handling of many accounts. In addition, support the Finance Director, through effective use of the Management Information System to drive through Sales administration efficiencies through effective and commercial acumen whilst leading a team of three Account Executives Experience in a marketing role is preferred but not essential Main Duties: To provide effective strong sales experience and administrative support for the Digital Director and manage workload of other team members To produce profitable and accurate estimates within an agreed timescale To convert estimates into accurate and comprehensive work instruction dockets To requisition best value materials and outwork from preferred suppliers To provide support to the Sales team, Finance Department, Studio and Digital Departments To embrace the Company's Management Information System and influence others in effective administration processes leading to efficient invoicing by the Finance Team To prospect and develop new client relationships and business opportunities To liaise and deliver continuous improved customer services standards with clients (existing, potential and new) on a day to day basis by consultation with the Sales Manager & Digital Director To ensure that projects are managed efficiently and effectively to meet project deadlines To assist and delegate work requests in absence of team members To produce sales/enquiry performance report on a monthly basis Hours of work to be confirmed.
