Within the role of Key Account Manager, responsibilities will be to:- Develop relationships between the business and your customer base. Grow revenue streams for the business. Define, execute and lead account strategy. Build strong customer relationships with internal teams, purchasing, engineering, logistics and quality. Retain current business and identify new opportunities to grow potential within the account. Lead all quotation activities. Develop account strategies. The successful Key Account Manager will:- Have gained their experience working within a customer facing role within a fast paced manufacturing environment. Have a technical background, ideally within automotive or electronics. Have excellent communication and presentation skills. Be experienced developing commercial strategy. Be a strong negotiator. Be results driven.
