HR Manager - Health & Social Care - LD - £35-40k Benefits - Highbury London Our client a high quality well- established LD care provider is now looking to recruit an experienced and CIPD qualified HR Manager to head up and lead an HR Team of 5 in Highbury London ensuring the best advice, support and strong leadership is given. You will need good experience of TUPE, be able to lead the implementation of projects nationally, ensuring all HR policies and procedures are being adhered to and giving good support to managers and staff throughout the company. This senior HR role will be to oversee 12 external sites and 335 members of staff with occasional visits. You will take the lead with the HR learning and development department ensuring all managers are kept informed of any legislation changes and provide the appropriate training. Your role will include developing and implementing the HR strategy and action plans to support a changing organisation. Experience with 'change management' essential, experience with KPI's and business acumen also required. Other duties include monitoring staff performance, overseeing all staff recruitment, staff disciplinarys, holding team meetings, working to budgets, provide responsive coaching, advice and guidance to staff and managers as required. You will also need to develop the HR function within the organisation, managing HR budgets, HR systems, ensuring processes and procedures are in place.
