Think Specialist Recruitment are pleased to be working with the UK headquarters of an international business to recruit a Senior Marketing Executive into their Watford based office. Taking ownership for the UK marketing, this is going to be a busy, varied and challenging role that offers the opportunity for a candidate seeking more responsibility to progress their career. Responsible for both digital/online marketing and more traditional marketing channels, we are seeking a motivated, creative and hardworking marketing ‘all-rounder’ with at least 2 years’ experience to join this highly successful and ambitious company. Duties to include: · Take responsibility for company marketing literature, UK website, digital marketing, e-marketing, exhibitions, sales/product literature & case studies · Manage the marketing activities in support of the company’s initiatives and direction as directed by brand guidelines from global headquarters · Deliver coordinated marketing activities with the aim of driving brand awareness, supporting sales and new product initiatives · Support of external creative and PR agencies to deliver consistent brand marketing messages to our chosen influencers / market segments · Contribute to the achievement of the company objectives by delivering cost effective marketing activities in a business to business environment · To support all visual representation of the brand; printed material, literature, electronic platforms, direct mail and advertising · Supporting and organising of events and exhibitions across our UK and Ireland business · Work closely with the wider Group marketing functions to deliver the brand strategy locally · Contribute to the strategic planning of our annual and long term company marketing plan · Provide regular updates, KPI’s and reports as required · Proactive development and management of our digital marketing activities Candidate requirements: · A marketing background in a business to business environment · Organised, structured and methodical in their approach · Strategic thinker but someone who gets the job done · Energetic self-starter who can work unsupervised within a team environment and take responsibility for a wide range of tasks · Capable of handling multiple task to deadlines · Able to work accurately and efficiently under pressure · Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills · Hard working, ‘Can Do’ ‘Will do’ attitude · Commercially aware · Deadline driven & focused Looking for the next step in your career?
