Main responsibilities As an e- Learning content developer you will be at the forefront of our L&D strategy, developing industry leading learning interventions covering technical training and people development across a number of platforms. You’ll be joining a relatively new team who are focused on engaging everyone they come into contact with into meaningful Learning opportunities. The e-Learning content developer will create content for a number of devices utilizing a variety of technologies such as HTML5, CSS, Javascript amongst others. The successful person will be capable of developing engaging content and converting this to an e-learning intervention. This is a fantastic opportunity to drive the strategy and develop a full suite of learning interventions for use across our employee population. You’ll be expected to work autonomously and will have a full remit, responsibility and resource to make this a success. Ideal candidate To be successful as an E-learning content developer within Speedy you will need; Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript and at least one content authoring tool An understanding of courseware delivery methods and LMSs An L&D professional equally as excited about Learning as eLearning Have a natural design flair Experience of working with SMEs from a broad range of backgrounds to write and develop content Experience of instructional design methods, curriculum development and adult learning methodologies Strong planning and organising skills with a natural ability to prioritise Ability to adapt to new situations A desire to learn and expand product knowledge Strong communication skills with an ability to engage and gain buy- in If we sound right for you then please apply now.
