Job Title: Business Development Executive Location: Bournemouth near Airport, with occasional travel to London office and offsite meetings Salary: £16k - £25k basic DoE, £30k - £50k OTE The Role Working as part of a busy Sales and Marketing team, who share an equal passion for achieving results, you will report to the Sales Director. Your role will be pivotal to the growth of the business; generating leads: finding and developing new and creative methods of market engagement by prospecting potential customers via telephone, email, web, and social media. Full product training will be given with the view to earning a steady flow of commission from month two; although there's nothing stopping you earning commission from month one Responsibilities include: Working closely with the Sales Director to manage several campaigns at any one time in order to develop the sales pipeline and consistently meet revenue goals. Developing new business via telephone and mass communication such as email and social media. Following up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects. Building and cultivating prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales process. Managing data for new and prospective clients within the CRM, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate and documents are attached.
