Senior IT Support Engineer Permanent Central London Up to £35,000 per annum Benefits: 23 days on joining (1 additional day after 2 years' service and 1 further day after 4 years' service) up to a total of 25 days, Healthcare, Pension & Life Insurance. H&R Talent are seeking a Senior IT Support Engineer with solid 2 nd & 3 rd Line experience working for technology driven company based in Central London on a permanent basis. You will be working with a wide range of technologies and with lots of scope to be involved in interesting projects. Key Skills: Windows 7/8/10 Windows Server 2008 R2/ 2012 R2 Microsoft Office 2013/2016 Exchange 2007/2010, Office365 VMWare Active Directory 2008 R2/ 2012 R2, in-depth knowledge, ideally experience with the Active Directory migration tool Extensive experience of configuring routers, managing HP ProCurve switches, VLANs, firewalls (Dell SonicWALL) etc SharePoint 2007/2010 farms- desirable but not essential On a day to day basis you will provide technical support to all the internal staff in the company supporting approximately 200 users, across a number of locations within a team of 4 reporting directly to the IT Manager. This role will focus heavily on 2 nd & 3 rd Line Support, where the ideal candidates will have strong experience across both the server infrastructure and networks. You will also be involved in a number of exciting projects such as; the migration of their Active Directory domain, Exchange and Office 365 upgrades, office relocation where you will be responsible for planning the infrastructure & migration.
