A HR Advisor role based in Exeter on a part time basis (3 days per week) £25-£30k FTE. Minimum level 5 CIPD Your new company A successful and growing utilities company based in Exeter are looking for a experienced HR Advisor on a 12 month fixed term contract to join their Head office in Exeter. Your new role To provide a high quality, comprehensive HR service and make a major contribution to business ambitions through strategy and policy development, planning and contribution to decision making at senior management team level. You will provide high quality expertise in service delivery to the internal customers by partnering with business managers to lead and facilitate change. Improve the quality of management and staff teamwork through effective employee relations, performance management and people development. What you'll need to succeed You will need to have gained experienced in dealing with TUPE and be qualified to at least level 5 CIPD. You must be experience of devising and/or reviewing and implementing policies and procedures, translating employment law into practical employment policy. With good working knowledge of windows based system for operational admin and analysis work and knowledge of a Sage HR information system would be an advantage.
