The Role Business Development Executives Salary based on experience generous commission scheme About you You’ll be a highly focussed, outgoing, motivated, proactive and confident individual with a strong professional image, a passion for technology and excellent commercial awareness. You will play an active role in the continued development and growth of our successful, growing business through your skills and experience. Your success will be based upon your enthusiasm for sales and ability to deliver against agreed financial and KPI targets. In return you will be well rewarded, in addition to salary (dependant on experience), through an excellent commission scheme. You'll have: ? demonstrable track record in sales - B2B ideally ? previous consultative sales experience as an advantage, but not essential ? an enthusiastic, proactive and tenacious attitude towards work ? excellent communication and presentation skills ? a target driven approach with the ability to work to strict deadlines ? the ability to work unsupervised as well as within a team ? the ability to speak a major foreign language at business level has an advantage (but not essential) ? ideally have hands on and competent experience of using Salesforce or other CRM systems (internal training will be provided) ? self-motivated, be proactive and comfortable working to targets ? confidence selling complex solutions and services within technology ? have strong but subtle negotiation and closing skills with a consultative approach ? hold a strong team ethic with the ability to collaborate with a diverse range of people Accountabilities ? Ensure that monthly and quarterly new business targets are met to support the company’s strategic growth plan ? Achieve agreed KPIs relating to activity to develop personal and company sales pipeline ? Identify, appraise and pursue new business opportunities in specific industry sectors ? Establish new business relationships through contact via telephone, email and direct mail to both cold and warm leads ? Undertake new business pitches and online sales presentations to potential clients and negotiate commercial agreements ? Qualify inbound enquiries and either manage through sales process, online demos and meetings to close or pass to senior managers ? Book face to face meetings for sales manager or directors to fulfil when online meetings aren’t required ?
