Oakleaf Partnership are working with a global brand based in Windsor for a HRIS Analyst. Our client has recently implemented a global HRIS system (Workday) and the reward function are looking to hire a HRIS Analyst to join them to maintain the system and identify areas of process improvement. Our client would ideally like the successful candidate to have previous Workday experience however this is not essential. As the HRIS Analyst, you will be supporting the compensation team on a global basis, and manage the Workday inbox. This will include reviewing all transactions processed and approve or escalate when required. Should there be areas of improvement from a process perspective, they would expect the successful candidate to have the initiative to identify these areas of improvement. Additionally, it is important that the successful candidate is comfortable with navigating the complex reward structure to identify which stakeholders would be the escalation points and address accordingly. As this is a new global HRIS, this role will give you the opportunity to support on system queries or training in the future. This role is key to ensuring data integrity within the reward function. Previous experience of working within a reward function is definitely an advantage.
