Who will I be working for? My Client is one of the world’s leading international policy development and management consultancies. This is a Maternity cover role 6-12 Month contract What will I be doing? Reporting to the Head of HR, the purpose of the Role is to design, develop and implement reward strategy, policies and programmes aligned to the values and objectives of my client. The role is a mixture of strategic design and development, and management of day to day reward processes which means that the successful candidate will have to: make reward practices (both pay and benefits) market competitive, cost-effective, and fair and appropriate; ultimately to ensure that my client attracts, motivates, recognises and retains the right people. project manage reward initiatives on a company-wide basis. work in a partner capacity with the Management Team to understand the business issues and develop a reward strategy that supports the business strategy. provide specialist advise to the HRBPs and Recruitment Partners. Key duties and responsibilities:- The reward Manager will have responsibility of: Reward Strategy and Principles Job Grade Framework International Mobility Policy and processes Pay policy (annual pay review, legislative reporting (equal pay and minimum wage), benchmark data provision) Benefits policy (including legislative requirements) Relationship with external providers What skills and experience are required ? A degree or equivalent qualification A professional HR or equivalent qualification (e.g. CIPD) Significant experience in managing compensation and benefits programmes in a multi-national environment Significant knowledge and experience of Reward policy and practice, within SME’s and consulting organisations would be an advantage Ability to influence and communicate effectively with colleagues, at all levels, and clients, both verbally and in writing Able to work well on own initiative Ability to manage multiple fast paced projects with accuracy and efficiency Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills to managestakeholders effectively High level of competence in Microsoft Excel Knowledge of mobility practices Appreciation of international compensation and benefits What else do I need to know?
