Your new company You will be working for an NHS trust that need support until the end of the year with the potential of the role being extended. Your new role You will be joining the organisation as a HR Advisor, being the first point of contact for all employees and managers. The right candidate will help in providing accurate and timely advice of HR queries on; terms and conditions, Employment Law, disciplinary and grievances, HR Policies and with heavy support needed on absence and sickness. There also is a requirement for HR support on disciplinary and harassment investigations as delegated. What you'll need to succeed The right candidate needs to have experience working in a generalist Human Resource role and must be part or fully CIPD qualified (Level 3 ). You must be have experience giving advice and support to managers on HR related issues previously and must be able to communicate clearly and confidently with all members of staff, with a sensitive manner. The right candidate will also have some knowledge of employment legislation and good employment practice, with the ability to also work proactively and using own initiative. What you'll get in return You will be offered the position as a HR Advisor with the salary paying up to £23K. This is an exciting temporary role with immediate start; with a chance the role could be extended.
