Programme Leader Automotive - 15/723 £25,369 - £31,909 per annum 37 hours per week The Group is a large, innovative, dynamic and financially sound organisation. We are officially 'good' and aim to be an 'outstanding' educational provider in the next two years. The Institute are recruiting the following post at their Grimsby and LRC at Skegness sites. The study programs the Automotive team deliver are designed to engage and motivate students who are interested in learning about the maintenance of motor vehicles and the various roles that are available in the motor industry. They utilize practical based investigations and assessments of the motor vehicle and its sub-systems. This is supported by the use of dedicated computer software to support part of the delivery of theoretical knowledge. We have good employer links and many learners gain good work experience and progress into industry and apprenticeships. The program leader works with students and other members of the team to ensure each student achieve their targets. You will be required to plan, deliver, assess and develop the learner experience to enable them to achieve their learning goals, in accordance with the College's values and ethos. If you have: Level 3 qualification or equivalent in the relevant subject area OR a degree of equivalent Teaching qualification, or the willingness to undertake one Industrial experience across a range of manufacturers and types of vehicles A flair for motivating and engaging young people to learn and work hard Then we want to hear from you.
