The successful candidate will assist in fulfilling a wide variety of administration tasks relating to the warehouse operation and its stock. This requires a good level of attention to detail and accuracy. Key Responsibilities: Liaise with suppliers providing a professional, knowledgeable and efficient service Liaise with internal departments to ensure accurate data is recorded Create and update records on the Logistics Management System within agreed SLA's Makes regular data checks to ensure accuracy of data Source multiple prices and create relevant paperwork for international despatches Manage the updating of images to SimplyOrder Courier invoice reconciliation Raise Purchase Orders and log job costings on Tharstern Essential Criteria: A clear and effective communicator verbally and written Comfortable and accurate in using IT systems Is able to work to deadlines Previous experience in a similar role Flexible approach to workload Works well under pressure We are an equal opportunities employer.
