The Company Robert Half Finance and Accounting are working on a RETAINED basis to recruit a Finance Manager in Swindon. Working for a US owned manufacturing business you will be supporting the contract growth from $200mil to $1bill in circa 5 years. This role offers growth and opportunity to build a team alongside the company growth. The Role This is a varied position due to being the Sole finance person responsible for the kick start of the UK and EMEA business unit based in Swindon. You will be working in a small team reporting to the Group FD in the US and on site MD. Supported buy the SSC you will be responsible to review the P&L and balance sheet of the contract. You will prepare standard costings for multiple products, support the financial closing of month end and support the budgeting process. You will be responsible for the month, quarterly and year end accounts and reporting to the group FC and on site MD. Knowledge of UK GAAP is advantageous. As the Finance Manager you will be business partnering with external stakeholders: you will need to be approachable to ensure stock, inventory and production are as expected and running smoothly. Your Profile You will be a qualified candidate seeking a new challenge is a growing organisation. Working with and supporting the MD you will need to have demonstrable experience from a manufacturing, production, pharmaceutical industry and strong business partnering and influencing skills.Inventory, costing or stock management experience is essential.
