I am currently working with a leading consumer goods business based in West London who are recruiting a Compensation & Benefits Manager to join their HR team. Description I am currently working with a leading consumer goods business based in West London who are recruiting a Compensation & Benefits Manager to join their HR team. Role Responsibilities: Develop benefits programs, salary policy, incentives, bonuses, stock options, and other special payment plans for specific areas of the population Negotiate agreements with insurance companies and financial institutions for administration of benefits programs and provides technical backup to union negotiations on benefits matters Monitor market trends in compensation and benefits and evaluate alternatives and costs Monitor the effectiveness of compensation and benefits programs and recommend modification to reduce costs and improve delivery Counsel managers on individual salary treatment for benefits programs, such as insurance plans, paid time off, bonus pay, and special employer-sponsored activities. Contribute to the further development of Reward programs and strategic management of our Benefits Portal via a third party Responsible for all local insurances Manage local pension plan Run and deliver the annual salary review process and Bonus process towards HR Management Regular salary benchmark and analysis, market surveys and country pay scales Management of local pension plan Support alignment of Reward processes, review and secure consistency on policies, procedures and practices within global guidelines This is a fantastic opportunity for somebody looking to take the next step in thier career to become a true business partner and provide valubale input into the companies development of the pay and benefits strategy.
