Training Manager - £33,000 - £36,000 - Greater Manchester - Permanent My client are a fast paced, highly commercial organisation. Due to ongoing change and transformation, they currently require a Training Manager to join the existing team on a permanent basis. This extremely broad role represents a really exciting opportunity to make an impact across your client group, with the autonomy to build and maintain relationships across the workforce, scoping out development needs and, using a variety of tools and methodology, developing learning plans which are fit for purpose and meet the business objectives. You will be responsible for the end to end learning and development cycle, from TNA to design, delivery and evaluation, across a range of soft and technical skillsets. You will be involved in both the development of new programmes and interventions, and the updating of existing approaches. Strong stakeholder management will be a key part of the role, and you will regularly interact and work with the wider HR team, in addition to the wider business. With this in mind, you must be comfortable with regular travel to other UK locations as part of the role. The successful candidate will demonstrate previous Training / Learning and Development experience, ideally gained from within a customer focused environment. You must take a consultative approach and be a confident communicator, with a customer centric mindset.
