Frazer John Recruitment, HR Permanent Division are delighted to be recruiting a Group HR Manager/Head of HR, to offer a high quality and proactive strategic and operational HR delivery to the organisation. Reporting directly into the Managing Director, the successful applicant will be required to offer a true business partnering service to the Senior Management Team. This is a permanent role paying £40,000 to £50,000 per annum (Dependent on Experience) plus car. Our client is a dental organisation in the Bolton area (with additional national travel, when required). This is a permanent appointment and likely suit an individual who has experience of carrying out the following duties: Work closely with the Managing Director and Senior Management Team in the development and implementation of the HR strategy and development of Key Stakeholder management Serve as the HR point of contact to Senior Management Team, Senior Managers and Line Managers within Human Resources matters to constructively influence and inspire confidence Maintain a strong business acumen and literacy about the sites operations, commercial competition, business performance, short and long-term goals, culture and financial position To support and advise Stakeholders on matters dealing with Disciplinary, Grievance, Performance Management, Absence Management, Appraisals and Employment Law To manage complex Employee Relations casework Being the HR representative during Employee Tribunals Support organisational change and design by working with the Senior Management Team to identify business requirements and implement appropriate solutions Managing and overseeing operations in regards to the TUPE of employees in and out Support Key Stakeholders in the identification of training and development needs, to promote a learning culture, ensuring appropriate training and development is provided throughout the business to ensure the necessary and correct skills are utilised for the business to meet its objectives To develop and implement an Employee Engagement strategy to ensure and engaged and involved workforce through monetary and non-monetary activities Work collaboratively with the Recruitment Partner, in accordance with the Recruitment & Selection process, and develop the Employee Value Proposition of the organisation to attain first-class talent for the organisation Manage the process of sourcing, procuring and implementing an effective HRIS, whilst also ensuring value for money Manage the Annual Pay Review Maintain, develop and evaluate company Policy & Procedure Being the HR representative during inspections/audits The suitable candidate for the role will be a true senior HR generalist who has a good blend of strategic and operational experience, you will also be able to manage and advise senior stakeholders within the business.
