Kronos System Administrator, St Albans, £30,000 - £35,000 12 Month Fixed Term Contract Our client, an established organisation in St Albans are recruiting for an experienced System Administrator to provide day to day support to employees using their internal time and attendance system (Kronos). This is a newly created role, reporting into the Systems Support Manager, you will be joining the team during an exciting period of growth, helping to embed the system across Europe. You must have previous experience providing internal support for a HR / Payroll based system. Any experience working with Kronos will be highly beneficial. Key Responsibilities: · Improve the current day today Kronos support system · Provide ongoing maintenance and troubleshooting support for the system across all areas of the business including responding to all support queries logged through the internal helpdesk; password resets, new starters etc. · Integration and on-going support of interface with the Payroll system · Act as technical liaison and subject matter expert providing training for employees over the phone, to face and through Webex · Work alongside the HR team on system integrations, and incident management · Prepare statistics; weekly and monthly reports for the Systems Support Manager Experience / Skills needed: · Previous experience providing support for a HR / Payroll based IT System, providing internal system support across all areas of a business · Excellent customer service and strong communication skills over the phone and face to face Keywords : System Support, System Admin, System Administration, Kronos, System Implementation Commutable from the following locations: St Albans, Harpenden, Luton, Hemel Hempstead, Watford, Stevenage, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire Prestige Appointments are a Recruitment Agency providing permanent resourcing and selection services to employers throughout the UK.
