HR Admin Team Leader - Permanent - £25,000-£28,000 - Manchester/Stretford I am working with a well established, national organisation to recruit a HR Admin Team Leader for their Manchester Head Office. This is a very varied role in which you would be responsible for managing a team of two HR Administrators. You will ideally come from a Shared Services background. Responsibilities include: Leading the continuous review and improvement of process and procedures within the team; undergoing quality checks and observations on a structured basis, to ensure high levels of accuracy are embedded across the team; resolving internal stakeholder issues; evaluate, develop and maintain the HR Database in order to support the strategy requirements provided by the HR Director; provide statistical and management information reports; payroll duties; support the HR Director in the calculation and payment of the Firm's Reward Schemes; administer the firm's benefit package including Pension Scheme and PHI, PMI, Childcare Vouchers & Bike to Work Scheme; support recruitment process. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in the HR function (CIPD qualified preferred) and will have experience in management.
