Henlee Resourcing is proud to be working in partnership with this well-known organisation based along the M4 corridor to recruit an Organisational Development & Training Portfolio Manager. We seek a highly experienced OD and L&D professional with strong project lead experience to ultimately build and run an internal learning function, (Training Centre / Academy), which will drive company performance through the design and implementation of people and organisational initiatives. Initiatives will include the broad organisation capability and effectiveness agenda and the design and implementation of Resourcing, Performance Management, Talent, Leadership Organisation Design, Development, engagement, culture, and methodology. This newly created job is critical to ensuring the business can achieve its strategic objectives and will aid the reduction of reliance on external consultants. The end goal is to design and deliver a managed and consistent approach to building capability and effectiveness across the business. Suitable applicants will be CIPD qualified with material time spent within business roles, as well as within similar Organisational Development / Effectiveness and HR positions. You will be comfortable leading teams, designing OD/OE solutions and delivering at pace, cost effectively and consistently returning on investment. You will have strong commercial and business acumen, be able to drive change and business improvement and be able to demonstrate project management skills, gravitas, influencing and resilience.
