You will take full responsibility for profit and loss and service delivery for the Manufacturing Division. Job Responsibilities Full profit and loss responsibility for multi million-pound energy procurement business Responsibility for delivery of energy procurement services, managing teams of analysts, account managers and administration Working closely at C Level with leading Industrial and Manufacturing customers Ensuring the highest levels of customer service is delivered to your clients whilst maintaining margins and profitability Ensuring teams are maximising cross selling opportunities with a view to growing accounts Managing and developing staff to keep key people and grow the business Responsible for working with sales to grow the pipeline KPI Management ensuring team hitting personal and team targets and KPI’s, mentoring and coaching, reviews and appraisals The Candidate The following experience/qualifications are essential to this role: · Energy Market experience, gas and electricity procurement, flexible contracts, trading and risk management services · Highly skilled and experienced man manager, managing operations, account management and service delivery · Proven track record in delivering Profit and Loss for a multi-million business · Experience in managing board level relationships · Experience, understanding of Manufacturing Sectors and key energy issues · Dynamic, professional, well educated, enthusiastic commercial leader · Strong sales and C Level client relationship management This job was originally posted as www.totaljobs.com/job/66802550
