As a Data Analyst, you will work within the Supply Chain Division of OCS Asset Solutions. Working with the technical team on one of our key client contracts, your primary role will be to provide IT support to users, data analysis to clients/colleagues, attend client visits and support with installation of software and hardware. You will: Manage and develop new systems and auditing methods to best support the Client Create and generate supply chain reports and ensure they are reported accurately and within the agreed timescales at all times Work with the Client to authenticate and authorise variances throughout the contract Validate all reports prior to distribution Communicate effectively with the client, audit team and OCS management in order to provide efficiency across all processes Ensure any equipment movement changes are logged and updated accordingly Provide support to users throughout the Clients supply chain contract e.g. assisting with software issues and testing new system updates to field programmes Represent the company at quarterly meetings as the IT lead for projects About you To succeed in this role, you will need: To be able to work in a sometimes challenging and fast moving environment An intermediate working knowledge of SQL An intermediate working knowledge of Access / VBA To have a good levels of both numeracy and literacy Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office e.g. Word, Outlook and Excel To be able to develop and maintain sound working relationships with our internal and the external clients.
