Job Title: Ecommerce Manager - Online Retail Location: Poole, Dorset Salary: From £25,000 to £30,000 per annum Plus Bonus of up to 30% of basic Our Poole based client is currently looking to recruit an Ecommerce Manager to provide fantastic hands on experience seeing products through from concept to sale. Overview: You will be based in their Poole factory, managing a small team of 3 staff and growing sales to the public through the own International websites and selected online market places. You will work closely with the Head of Web and Graphic design on digital marketing initiatives, social media and systems management. Additionally, the successful candidate will work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure that orders are processed efficiently and outstanding customer service is provided by your team. The role holder will manage some of the client's wholesale sales to businesses in the UK and abroad. You will sit on the management team and report directly to the M.D. Candidate Specification: At least 3 years of relevant experience in e-Commerce and Digital Marketing is essential. You will have experience with key marketplaces and have good numeracy and analytical skills. The ideal applicant will be personable and have good customer and staff management skills. The below attributes are also required: Flexible, hardworking and reliable. Self-reliant yet a good team worker. You will handle stress well and be prepared for two months of hard work in the lead up to Christmas. Up to date I.T. skills Ability to work to improve and automate the company's processes and systems. European languages would be an advantage.
