Two exciting opportunities for a Chef De Partie and a Kitchen Porter have arisen with an independently owned pub & restaurant based in Yarm. The employee’s will be required to work alongside and be a part of a friendly small kitchen team, ran by our Head Chef. We are looking for someone with experience in producing high quality, fresh locally sourced food on a high volume basis with a minimum of 2 years working experience within a similar industry. The candidate will be responsible for section stock control, ordering, preparation and cooking of dishes and they must have good organisation and communication skills. The working shifts are 5 out of 7 days with 2 days off, working approximately 48 hours per week. There is an opportunity for an immediate start and pay will be negotiable depending on experience. All candidates must provide references, proof of identity and eligibility to work in the UK along with relevant supporting qualifications.
