HR Business Partner - North London - £32-35,000 plus bens Our client is a public sector organisation that is looking for a HR Business Partner to join the HR team on a permanent basis. You will report into the Head of HR and provide a comprehensive, proactive, customer focused HR support. Your main duties will involve:- - Build and maintain strong working relationships with high level decision makers - Guide and support Managers through complex Employee Relations issues i.e. disciplinaries, grievances, capability and sickness absence - Play a key role in supporting union and staff consultations and negotiations - Provide training and informal coaching - Take the HR lead on key strategic projects - contribute to the development of HR processes, policies and procedures - Recruitment and development support You will need the following experience:- - CIPD qualified or equivalent - Experience of dealing with complex employee relations issues - Experience of working within a unionised environment - Excellent organisational, influencing skills In return they offer a very competitive benefits package.
